David Stuart, CO/BOCO/LO
David Stuart has worked in the Prosthetic/orthotic field for over 30 years. He received training at Northwestern University and began his career in Prosthetics as a technician, rising to journeyman rank. Then he became an Orthotic Clinician and has been working as such for the past fourteen years. David was certified by the Board of Certification in 1999 and by the American Board of Certification in 2004. He specializes in pediatric, geriatric, and custom orthotics.
David is certified in the Hartwalker Training Orthosis, the WalkAide Electronic Stimulation System and the Stance Knee Ankle Foot Orthosis.
Milo Collier, CP/LP
Milo Collier, CP has been involved in prosthetics since 1967. He was certified in 1971 by the American Board for Certification in Prosthetics and Orthotics. Milo has trained at UCLA, Northwestern University, and New York University, and has provided prosthetic services for a number of rehabilitation institutions throughout the western United States. For over 40 years Milo has served as a clinical Prosthetist specializing in upper extremity and complex lower limb amputee care.
Among prosthetic professionals Milo is known and respected not only as a clinician, but also as an innovator and designer of new concepts and technology for prosthetic use. Milo is credited with designing the Liberty/Collier rotary shoulder joint, positive pressure casting, the split-toe “Flexfoot”, the Genesis II and Genesis II Plus feet systems, and the MyoGenesis Trans-Tibial prosthetic socket design. Milo holds several patents and continues to work to devise new options to help improve the lifestyles of those who have lost limbs.
Milo is certified in the Otto Bock C-Leg, Harmony, Dynamic Arm, and MyoBock systems; as well as the Utah Myoelectric Arm system.
In addition, Milo serves as a national consultant for catastrophic injuries.
